Shah Rukh Khan starrer Don’s franchise might not see the light of the day, revealed director Farhan Akhtar.
Shah Rukh Khan who is a heartthrob of millions has given a number of hits in his two decades of career. However, since the past few years, the actor is witnessing a low phase in his career. Seems SRK’s charm in the films has lost. His movies which used to break all the box-office records previously are these days not doing well. With movies like Fan, Raees, Jab Harry Met Sejal and the recent one Zero, SRK’s track record is really upsetting.

However, SRK hasn’t lost hopes and is trying to get his career back on the track with his next project which is based on astronaut Rakesh Sharma. Apart from this, Shah Rukh’s popular franchise film Don 3 has been the hot topic of discussion among the viewers. His die-hard fans are waiting for King Khan to be back with Don 3. A lot has been spoken about the same in the past but it seems things are not going to materialize.
Farhan Akhtar who directed the popular series is in no mood to make Don 3 and now it’s confirmed. The talented filmmaker confirmed the news himself and said that he is not planning to direct Don 3 yet and is now currently busy with his next project. Farhan is presently training for Mehra’s biopic where he plays the titular role.
Well, this is sad news for all the die-hard fans and it seems we won’t be able to see SRK playing Don on the big screens anymore.
